The Chris Hays Community Center and Park is located in the Mooretown Community. The center offers a multi-purpose room, table game area, and a computer lab with internet access.

The park covers six(6) acres of recreational amenities including: cross over bridge to the Mooretown Public Library, outdoor basketball court, softball field, and playground equipment.
