The Parks Advisory Council is made up of members, such as neighborhood residents, program users, and residents from community organizations. They serve as an advisory liaison group between the community patrons and the respective SPAR community centers / parks.

Member's Responsibilities
PAC members provide recommendations in respect to recreational programming, standard operations, and maintenance concerns.
